How to get to Dos Ceibas

• From the airport in Cancun:

There is a coach service every 30 minutes from the airport in Cancun to Playa del Carmen from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. (Approx $8 US Dollars). At the bus station in Playa del Carmen you can take a bus to Tulum, or you can inquire about the location of the shuttles to Tulum (Approx $3 US Dollars). Once in Tulum, take a taxi to Dos Ceibas ($10 US Dollars approx).

• Taxi:

You can arrange for direct transportation from the airport in Cancun to Dos Ceibas with us. Please contact us for additional details.

• Car Rental:

This is by far the option we most recommend due to the great number of attractions in the area and the limited public transportation. Car rental can be easily arranged at the airport in Cancun. Here, at Dos Ceibas, we can also make arrangements for renting a vehicle. It is advisable to make car-rental reservation if you are traveling during the peak season (December to April and July through August).

To drive to Dos Ceibas from the airport in Cancun, take highway 307 South in the direction of Chetumal-Playa del Carmen; 60 kilometers. Tulum is another 60 kilometers south of playa on the same road (307). A little over one kilometer past the intersection leading into the Archaeological site of Tulum, you will come to a second intersection (traffic light) signaling Boca Paila (left) and Cobá (right). Make a left turn at this intersection. Three kilometers down the road you will find a "T" intersection, take a right turn at the "T" and continue along the road for another 4 kilometers. Dos Ceibas will be on your left-hand side.
