Our kitchen is permanently opened to our guests.
If you wish to know more about a particular dish and learn how to prepare it, or you want to engage in a short course of Mexican cuisine, Taurino Roman, our chef, will be happy to share his knowledge with you. Simply let us know ahead of time.
These are some of the most frequently requested dishes:
- Tikin-xic fish fillet. This is a traditional baked-fish Yucateca recipe prepared with achiote –a special spicy sauce- and oranges, wrapped in banana leaves and served with rice.
- Chicken enchiladas on Poblano mole sauce filled with chicken.
- Stuffed green peppers –chicken or cheese.
- Dos Ceibas fish fillet. A fish fillet stuffed with shrimp on coconut cream, varnished with delicate lemon gravy and garnished with potatoes and rosemary leaves.
