The best complement for a holiday immersed in nature, is a good relaxing massage,  it could be a holistic  one (shiatsu, ayurveda, Thai ...), a massagewith mud or hot stones that would give you pleasant sensations, it could be even one therapeutic session of reiki.

You'll have at your disposal our massage room in the Nest or our especial place set up by the sea.
