Reception

At our reception you will always find someone to help you, to suggest you where to go or how to best spend your time in the area.

Here, you can also get some board games that are available for our guests, visit our kitchen (which is opened to everyone) and inquire about the details for the coktails preparation in our menu.

At our reception we have a fax, a phone and an internet connection at your disposition. The reception also serves as an ideal meeting point for all guests. Here, you can charge the batteries of your electronic equipment such as cameras, video-cams and computers since there are no power outlets in the bungalows in order to avoid the use of hair-dryers, electric shavers and other electrical appliances that consume a great amount of electricity.

Our reception also have all  kinds of different services like the laundry service, room service or rent of cars. Here you can make an transportation arrangement to go at the airport of Cancun, you can make a reservation to go to a swimming excursion to the reefs like the Coral Reef or Sian Ka�an ecological reserve, or even make plans to go fly-fishing.

Here, we can also help you  finding the ideal places to go diving, whether it is in the ocean or in the cenotes.

Our reception is opened from 7:30 am to 22:30 pm.
