It is considered a "GROUP" a reservation at least 10 people. The organizer will be hosted for free with all the benefits and services group

In low season, by a group of 12 people, one more will be hosted for free.

NO packages incorporated it alcoholic drinks, seafood specialties, plus chef's specials.

Minimum 3 nights - High Season

Minimum 2 nights - Low season

Minimum 5 nights - From December 15 to January 6th

Prices are in U.S. dollars and should be paid at the rate prevailing at the date of each payment.

We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).

We offer a safety deposit box for your valuables.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

To confirm a reservation is necessary to made the deposit as follows:

**To book we require 50% deposit of the total cost of the reservation.

Deposits will be returned according to the following terms and cancelation dates:

Deposit return warning days before the reservation date:

60% - 30 days or more

30% - 15 to 29 days before

0% - 0 to 14 days before the arriva

Note: To avoid losing any of your deposit amount, if for some reason you must cancel, we offer the ability to change to another available date booked, adjusting the price based on cost per season.
