Price 2013

**From December 15th to january 06th, we only take reservations for a minimum of five nights.

All prices are in american dollars, per night and for room, no matter if it is individual or double occupation and without food inccluded.

15 USD are charge per extra person in the same room.

Children under 12 are free.

The prices include taxes and are subject to change without previous notice.

From December 15 to January 05 will only accept reservations for a minimum of 5 nights We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).We offer a safety deposit box for your valuables.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

To confirm a reservation is necessary to made the deposit as follows:

**To book we require 50% deposit of the total cost of the reservation.

Deposits will be returned according to the following terms and cancelation dates:

Deposit return warning days before the reservation date:

60% - 30 days or more

30% - 15 to 29 days before

0% - 0 to 14 days before the arriva

Note: To avoid losing any of your deposit amount, if for some reason you must cancel, we offer the ability to change to another available date booked, adjusting the price based on cost per season.

Please note that reception is open until 22:00, so we ask you to advise your arrival time in advance by mail or tels. (0052) (01) 984 877 6024 and 984 106 6623, especially if it is later than 22:00 hours to organize your reception.
