At our front desk you will always find someone to help you, to advise you where to go or how to best spend your time in the area.

Here, you can also get some of the table games that are available for our guests, visit our kitchen which is opened to everyone and inquire about the details for the preparation of the cocktails in our menu.

At the front desk we have a fax, a phone and an internet connection. The front desk also serves as an ideal meeting point for all guests. Here, you can charge the batteries of your electronic equipment such as cameras, video-cams and computers since there are no outlets in the bungalows in order to avoid the use of hair-dryers, electric shavers and other electrical appliances that consume a great amount of electricity.

Our front desk is also the spot to hire laundry service, order meals to your bungalow, lease a car, arrange for transportation to and from the airport in Cancun, engage in a tour to the Coral Reef or Sian Ka’an ecological reserve or make plans to go fly-fishing.

Also, here we can help you in finding the ideal places to go diving whether it is in the ocean or the cenotes in the vicinity.

Our front desk is opened 7:30 am to 10:30 pm.
