Welcome to Posada Dos Ceibas at his 10th Anniversary, 1996-2006.

Nature and Maya culture are the main characters here in Tulum. And at Posada Dos Ceibas, we are a family who likes to live in harmony with these two elements. We truly enjoy sharing them with our kind guests the night skies filled with stars, the virgin beaches, the sea turtles, our exuberant tropical garden with its colonies of birds and native plants.

It is hard to explain with words the transformation that Dos Ceibas has done to us. Here, nature cautivates you with its magic sharpens your senses and lets your spirit and inner voice flow in harmony in our 10 th anniversary we want to share with you a small part of this magic, so you can always remember you stay at Dos Ceibas.

My greatest satisfaction comes from having created, along with Salvador, a comfortable and warm ecological space where we can enjoy pristine nature at the time we respect and care for it. I am very proud of the harmony our work atmosphere is filled with as well. I am also proud of the attitude we’ve built towards our guests, making everyone of them experience a home away from home, with friends and relatives around at all times.

I’d like to thank the universe for each one of the big and small presents that along these years have helped us grow in conscience and love.

It’s a pleasure for me to work at a place like Posada Dos Ceibas. The balance and peace experienced her are beyond comparison. I enjoy every single detail that nature presents us with day by day. A sunrise, the birds singing, the turquoise green waters bathing our beaches, or even just a touching smile is enough for me to love this place and the folks I work with.

I like it when guests come to my kitchen to ask about how to make a certain dish. I feel proud to show them my kitchen. I feel proud to show them how every dish is made right here and then. I’m always happy to share my recipes with them. What’s my secret? I cook with my heart and lots of joy. This is how even de simplest dish carries tons of taste.

I like to wait on tables because I enjoy our guests getting pleasure from the tastes coming out of our kitchen. My work is a team activity and my greatest personal satisfaction comes from our guests feeling amongst friends in our dining area.

I really like to give each dish the very last touch. I love to prepare every dish cleanly and that each one gets to our guest’s table as quickly as possible.

The nicest aspect of my job is to satisfy our guests when they need something special.
